It is close to Eurocontrol, complimentary Shuttle from/to the airport
Bathroom was not clean, TV didn´t work correct, no restaurant
Airport shuttle, relatively easy to get to the city center (by train).
High price for the standard, additional fees for internet access.
location close to Brussels airport; shuttle service to and from airport; "park, stay and fly" possibility to park your car.
hotel completely run-down/shabby and in urgent need of renovation. miniature TV sets in the rooms of mediocre image quality. bathrooms outdated and in poor state of maintenance and cleanliness. shuttle service in 45 min intervals only and with a huge break between 9H30 and 17H00, approx. no food on premises other than breakfast. Breakfast selection and quality mediocre. Very poor value for money.
free shuttle buses from the airport till late. bus driver was the most helpful person of all the staff.
small room, poorly isolated from the surrounding noises, and poor curtain - too much daylight coming in. I confused Holiday Inn Express with Holiday Inn, that's probably the point.
cooperation of the staff &servies&quite&
Lack of choice for eating in the evening - nearby hotel the only choice.
The breakfast and air shuttle service
It is not your fault. There were some talking in the hall way all night.
close to airport (16 Euro taxi after midnight)
Waiting for conect flight.
Close to airport,nice quiet area.
Everthing was ok but the rate i paid was far too expensive, but this could be because of EU meeting.
We got there really late and they didn't have the shuttle service working after 11:00 pm which was ok because we knew about that ...our room was comfy and nice and it served the purpose of one night stay on our way to Brugge but we did not have a good experience in the morning at the breakfast ... the guy who was in charge was so roud and his respond to me when I asked for 2 sunny eggs because they were out of scramble eggs was : no sorry it's late for that!!! And it was only 9:20 am and they were supposed to serve breakfast until 10 am ... he also started taking cheese and coffee out around 9:30 am lol in a very nervous way and this is when he saw new people were just coming down to eat bearkfast... Other than that everything was great.
The gentleman at the desk on the afternoon we arrived was most helpful. I would like to thank him very much, but unfortunately I did not get his name.
I did not appreciate the hidden parking fee, Nowhere in the advance information was this charge mentioned. It left a bad impression the morning we left. I might even consider another hotel on our next visit to Belgium. Regarding the question below, I would recommend the hotel but with a caveat concerning stealth fees.
Close to the airport, great value for money.
The bath and sink drains were not functioning in my room properly. Room 103.
Shuttle to/from airport
Not close to any restraunts. Room was tiny. The clearly marked non- smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke. This room cost 190 euro for one night....very poor value. One person had to work both the front desk and the bar/snack area. He did a good job, considering. We were given a room with two singles instead of the "double" we requested.
